20 weeks!

We are officially half way through our pregnancy! I turned 20 weeks on Saturday. I have been very lucky and blessed so far. I was never really sick during my first trimester, and have been feeling great during this second trimester. I was even able to run the St. Jude half marathon when I was 7 weeeks. However, I did pay for it the next day. That was the worst day of nausea the entire first trimester! I think Will was boycotting. Apparently he takes after his Daddy already and hates running. The good news though, is that he takes after me and my dad and is a Memphis basketball fan. Last weekend when we were at the game he was going crazy! I'm sure it was just all the loud noises, but I decided that must mean he's a Memphis fan.
This past week has been the worst so far, pregnancy wise. I have had a terrible sinus/respiratory infection and can only take one antibiotic to help clear it up. No decongestant, etc. But that's ok, it's worth it. Thank goodness for my Netti pot and the Thai Cafe! Cole picked up some Thai food Friday night, I thought a big bowl of fresh veggies and spices would help clear things up a bit. Worked pretty well.
After being in the house all week, I was finally able to venture out Sunday to go to church and then we piddled around outside for awhile. The sunshine felt so good! I think even the dogs were glad to have a little sunlight. I also called the lady who was recommended to me to make Will's baby bedding. She was very  nice and helpful, now I just have to pick out fabric. Can't wait to get started on that! Later that day our friends Don and Emily came over with their precious baby Ellie for a cookout (don't worry, I Lysoled the entire house!) Emily brought us an adorable blue daygown from where else, but Spoil Me Rotten. Little Will is going to be decked out with cute clothes. We can't wait to meet him!

Another exciting first happened this weekend too! Cole was able to feel Will kick for the first time. That was very fun for us both, and I was glad Cole could finally feel what I've been feeling! Will has been very active lately, hope that's not a sign of what's to come!
