The past few weeks have been extrememly busy for us! Boy am I glad things are starting to settle down a little bit.
Will had his first day of Mother's Day out in June. That was certainly an experience! It took a few times, but he is loving it now! He just wasn't so sure about it at first. Good thing his friend Ellie is in his class :)

first day of MDO
In June, I pretended I was in elementary school again and went to the New Kids on the Block (that's right, people, NKOTB!) and Backstreet Boys concert with 2 of my best friends from college. We had a blast!
Cole and I also took Will to Lambuth Day. Sadly, my alma mater and the place where C and I met has closed. I have had alot of mixed feelings about this, and am pretty heartbroken that Lambuth no longer exists. I spent 4 years there, met C there, was an AOII there, C was a Kappa Sig, graduated from there, and even worked there the year after I graduated. We have alot of memories of that place that are so special to us.
Hopefully, Lambuth will work things out between the city and the U of Memphis and a new school will begin!

Will loves his aunt Cathy!
We also had a great Father's Day cookout for C and our dads. Of course, Will decided he was done with his lunch when he saw the poundcake come out. And of course, who was I to tell the TWO grandmother's he couldn't have any!?
Will enjoyed swimming in his pool during the cookout
My aunt got married in June, too! We were not able to attend the wedding, but I've heard it was beautiful and lots of fun. My dad celebrated his birthday 2 days after the wedding. On the way home from Georgia my parents, sister, and niece stopped by to do a little pre-bday party for Dad. We had his favorite, lemonade pie and I also made him some banana pudding. Of course, Will enjoyed it all!

Will also enjoyed his first cow sale in June! Cole and I took him to the Stonecipher's sale, which happened to be right by our house. It was really hot, but Will did great. We only stayed about 2 hours before it was time for W to nap and cool off! Of course, he was stylin in his farm Jon Jon. After his nap, he decided to play in my baking drawer while we waited on C to come home and get us to go to lunch. He is such a little daredevil!
We celebrated a great 4th of July weekend with family and friends. My dad and Cole's dad BBQed a whole hog at the farm. It was delicious! Will had fun swimming and playing with Cole's cousin's kids too!

Whew! I think that's about it! We also celebrated Cole's birthday this past week. I can't find any pictures of it though, hopefully they'll appear later!
